As part of the global marketplace, our books are printed in the regional location closest to the order.
For example, if you order our book in the United States, it will be printed in California, Ohio, Tennessee or Pennsylvania. Or if you order our book in Australia, it will be printed in Melbourne, Victoria.
Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Walmart, Target, Indigo, Adlibris, Booktopia, Fishpond, Books Express, Foyles, Waterstones, Submarino, independent bookstores, and tens of thousands more retailers carry our books worldwide.
If you purchase our books through one of these outlets, all shipping and returns are arranged through them.
For purchases of Travels with Zozo... books using our ecommerce website (www.travelswithzozo.com), all shipping and returns are handled directly via email on this website.
All orders are personally reviewed before shipping, and we strive to pay close attention to detail.
However, if you do receive an incorrect or damaged item, or are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt. One of our customer service representatives will work with you to resolve any issues.
Postage rates calculated by United States Postal Service during checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.
Purchases made on the Travels with Zozo... ecommerce website (www.travelswithzozo.com) may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if unused and in new condition. Travelswithzozo.com does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 5-7 business days from receipt.
For wholesaler and retailer returnable accounts, overstock returns are permitted, without authorization, under the following conditions:
1. Books must be received in perfect condition. Damaged, shopworn, stickered or marked books will not be accepted.
2. Period of eligibility: not before 3 months and not after 12 months for the invoice date.
3. All acceptable returns will be credited at the deepest discount applied to that item if no invoice information is provided.
4. Credits are applied to future purchases. No cash refunds will be given.
All claims for shortages and/or damaged items must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and all claims for non-receipt or Proof of Delivery must be made within 60 days or they cannot be honored.
